About Me

After earning his bachelor of arts in biochemistry cum laude from Columbia College of Columbia University in New York City, Donald Mykulak matriculated at the State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, to study medicine and work in the department of psychiatry. He earned his doctor of medicine in 1985 and subsequently completed residencies in general surgery and urology at the Center. Before parting ways with SUNY in 1991, Dr. Donald Mykulak served a tenure as chief urology resident and earned recognition as resident of the year.

After treating patients as a practicing urologist in Brooklyn and both Denville and Hackettstown, New Jersey, Dr. Donald Mykulak assumed his current position as a partner with the Skylands Urology Group of Sparta, New Jersey. From 2013 to 2016, he concurrently directed Sparta’s Specialty Surgery Center, a multispecialty facility with two operating rooms and accommodations for overnight stays.
